Student 

Students complete a guided online application and upload required documents.

Chapter Review 

Each chapter reviews and certifies the applicant.

 Evaluation

Applications are reviewed and scored by  committee.

Eligibility  & Sponsorship

  • Applicant must be sponsored and certified by a participating chapter

  • Only one applicant per chapter may advance


 

Chapter & Committee Roles

  • Chapters review and certify two applicants

  • Committees evaluate certified applications

  • Final selections follow a structured review process

  • Decisions are recorded and finalized through the portal
